This is the actual 1st base bag from Safeco Field the night Ichiro collected his 222nd hit of the season on Oct. 3rd, 2009. Head Groundskeeper Bob Christopherson removed the base following the game for our auction and we had Ichiro sign it for you.
In 2009, Ichiro became the 1st player in major league history to collect 200 or more hits in 9 consecutive seasons, surpassing the 108 year record held by Wee Willie Keeler.

Batting Practice with the Mariners before the game and tickets for 10
Start off a special evening for you and nine other guests at Room 38 in Issaquah around 4pm, then journey to Safeco Field in a Party Bus, provided by Four Park Avenue transportation services.
Once you arrive at Safeco Field, passes will be available for you and your guests to come onto the field and watch the Mariners and their opponents take batting practice before the game. In 2007, Ichiro Suzuki was named the MVP of the All-Star game held in San Francisco as he went 3 for 3 including the first ever inside the park home run in All-Star game history. He became just the second Mariner to win the All-Star game MVP Award along with Ken Griffey Jr. who won the award in 1992.
This is a replica batting practice jersey the American League All-Stars wore for the 2007 Mid-Summer Classic that Ichiro signed.
